# Help Center

What to check when a deposit, an order, or a withdrawal does not move.

Use this page when a screen does not match what you expected. The longer explanations live in Documentation. Do not send a seed or a private key while you troubleshoot.

| What you see | What to check |
| ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Deposit has not credited | Asset, network, and address on the Deposit page. Minimum 5 USDC. Arbitrum USDC credits directly. Other supported networks convert on this page. Wait one or two minutes, then refresh. |
| Wallet move will not confirm | The wallet needs the USDC and a little ETH on Arbitrum for the network fee. That ETH is the fee, not the ARB token. |
| Order rejected | Size, price, or margin. About $10 notional. TWAP about $100. The trigger has to sit on the correct side of the mark. Read the line on the ticket. |
| Limit still open | It is waiting for the book, or for you to cancel it. It is not a position yet. |
| One-click close rejected | The position is under about $10. Increase the size, then close. |
| Another device will not trade | Desktop, the phone browser, and Telegram each need their own confirmation. |
| API key lost | Revoke it on the API page and generate another. This site does not keep a copy. An API wallet cannot withdraw. |
| Referral withdrawal waiting | Confirm on the referrals page. The smallest withdrawal is $1. The fee is from $1 to $3. If the extract pool is empty, try later. |
| Chart or markets blank | Refresh. An accepted order is still in the table under the chart. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.voltjuice.xyz/help-center/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
